1. What are your current goals and why?
My current goals are to get stronger and build a better engine for Cross Fit. I am a smaller athlete so, strength has always been a road bump for me.
2. What keeps you motivated?
Myself mostly, I kinda took a whole summer off of training and just worked nonstop, and realized that money wasn’t everything compared to my mental health, and didn’t like the way I looked or felt, so I promised myself I’ll never let myself get back to that ever again.
3. Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
It’s important for me to live a healthy life style because I see people every day that just walking around is a struggle for them, also if I pro create I want to be able to keep up with my children and live as long as I can to be with them.
4. What is your most memorable experience in this program?
My most memorable experience is definitely hitting my pr lifts and repoint 90-95% of my lifts lately, and having it look really smooth!
5. BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
What I am mostly proud of starting this programming was learning so much about my body with proper nutrition, timing, and recovery!
