1.⁠ ⁠What were some things you felt you struggled with before starting with All-Tru?

Something I struggled with was getting comfortable and finding a workout plan postpartum. I was doing a lot of cardio but wasn’t seeing results I wanted and didn’t know where to begin when it came to lifting weights. Also diet was a big factor and something I was lost in how to track. Seeing what I am putting in my body and the how the nutrients impact my workouts has been eye opening



2.⁠ ⁠ ⁠Why is a healthy lifestyle important to you?

⁠⁠I want to show my daughter no matter what life throws at you, you can still find time to take care of yourself and better yourself. She now tells me when we get to the YMCA she wants to “workout with mommy”


3.⁠ ⁠How have your goals and mindset shifted since starting the program?

I wasn’t really sure what to expect, after talking with Emma I was excited to start the program but had no idea what it would entail. I have shifted my focus to lifting heavier weights and keeping track of nutrients to build muscle and have them be more defined. I also didn’t even consider how other aspects of my life such as stress and sleep would impact my workouts and how everything is goes hand in hand


4.⁠ ⁠What are some results you've seen from yourself since starting the program?

⁠⁠I am definitely noticing muscle definition, and my back muscles are starting to come in. My core is stronger, something I haven’t seen since having my daughter! I am also more confident in general with how I look and feel


⁠5. What are you looking forward to tackling and accomplishing most moving forward with All-Tru?

Seeing how far I can push myself. I have already surpassed what I thought I was capable, so now I feel like the sky is the limit
