What are your current goals and why?

Right now current my goals are to build muscle and work to look banging at my wedding. I've always felt like I was a stronger girl but you could never tell. Now I want to define those muscles and work to get stronger. Plus who doesn't want to look and feel good for their wedding?

2. What keeps you motivated?

I have struggled for a long time with my weight and body image. I tended to always belittle myself and have a very low self-image. But since I started working with All-tru honestly that all has changed. I haven't felt this strong in my body since I was a competitive swimmer. The changes that I have seen and felt in my body are what keep me going. I work in a very physically demanding job in the merchant marines aboard ships. Being able to complete my daily tasks without the need to ask my co-workers to help me carry things or reach torques is also a huge motivation. Usually, I'm the only female on the ship, and being able to prove myself is a big motivation.

Plus more confidence is a bonus too 😁

3.) Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?

It's important for me because I want to feel good and be able to do all the amazing things life offers. I find that having a healthy body and lifestyle actually has improved my mental health as well. Plus knowing my body and mind are in a good spot helps when I am in the middle of the h Atlantic Ocean and civilization is very far away.

4.) What is your most memorable experience in this program?

My most memorable experience with this program so far was when I was working out on the ship at work and it was leg day. I was working on deadlifts and one of my coworkers came into the he gym. He was a past college football player ... So jacked ... And he stopped dead in his tracks and went "Dang girl!! There are guys I know who can't lift that much!" That was such a high and showed me just how far I have come with this program.

5.) BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?

So not a gym win but a work win for me. Part of my job is to change fuel injectors for the main engine. Each injector weighs about 60 pounds and is 2 feet long. I was able to change out 6 injectors in one workday. This job is super physically demanding and it felt easy. Before working with all tru I struggled to lift one injector let alone do 6 sets (12 in total) It felt So good to hold my own at my job.

Also just being more confident in my body. I find myself wearing clothes I never would have imagined I would feel comfortable wearing.
