My current goals are to:
Find peace and mend my relationship with nutrition while achieving fitness goals
2.) What keeps you motivated?
Having supportive knowledgeable coaches.
Finding new movements that feel good and make me feel strong in my body.
Knowing I can do hard things. Uncomfortableness brings new growth and opportunity
3.) Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
I think living a healthy lifestyle gives me the assurance to know I will be able to continue doing the things I love for a long period of time.
It’s also important to show up and choose me. One aspect of my self-love is to work hard and eat healthy so I feel good on the inside and outwardly.
4.) What is your most memorable experience in this program?
Chatting with my coach on how we can work together cohesively while I navigate everyday life struggles and fitness goals. Knowing that I have Gabbie and the rest of the All Tru Team in my corner every step of the way
5.)BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
Slowly building up my calories and following my macro plan.
Cleaning up my form on specific lifts such as: deadlifts and squats
Getting stronger mentally and physically
