What are your current goals and why?
My current goals are to feel strong and confident in body! I think it is so important to prioritize feeling confident since it can affect so many aspects of your life. Feeling strong is just so empowering as a woman and taught me so many things about myself.
What keeps you motivated?
The all tru coaches, friends, and myself all keep motivated. Some days feel harder than others so I think it’s really important to lean on those who are there to support me! I also think it’s really important to do just do things for myself. I just want to be able to prove to myself that I am capable of doing it no matter the circumstances.
Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
It is important to live a healthy lifestyle because it does affect you in your whole life. Setting up healthy habits now that I can take with me for the rest of my life is something that I will value for a long time. It also teachers valuable lessons and helps me really decide what is important/valued in my life.
What is your most memorable experience in this program?
My most memorable experience I think is just being hyped up every week by Coach Alexa even when I don’t feel the same. She is truly so supportive and wants what is best for me! Alexa really makes me see the good when I am feeling down 🫶🏻
BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
Since starting I am really proud of myself for prioritizing myself in all aspects of life. Before starting, I was really in a rut in my fitness and personal life. However, since being apart of the all-tru family, I can say I have found my love for working out again and doing things for me. I really have found a routine in my life and I am grateful for all the experiences since starting!
