1.) What are your current goals and why?
My current goals are to maintain and grow the life balance I have developed with the help of my coaches. This is more important to me than athletic performance or physique because it will endure beyond my body and has improved my quality of life the most as well as my relationships with others.
2.) What keeps you motivated?
Two things most notably. One, the more I move and eat well, the more satisfying my relaxation time. This creates a balance I need to function at my best. The second is Coach Alexa who sets an amazing example as a coach and athlete. All kissing up aside, she has been supportive through every step, especially when I have struggled emotionally.
3.) Why is it important to you to live a healthy lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle is key to living my best life spiritually, physically, and emotionally. It also sets a good example for my son.
4.) What is your most memorable experience in this program?
I would have to say when my estranged parents came to stay at my house for a week. I was in the middle of a weight cut, had business-related stresses, and was freaking out. I didn’t know if I’d be able to keep my balance. However, thanks to the strength of the program, and the support of the All-Tru family I was able to make it through and stick to the program.
5.) BRIGHT SPOTS. Hype up your accomplishments, what are you most proud of so far since starting the program?
I have been able to meet or exceed every goal I have put out relating to the All-Tru program. I have lost 28 lbs., significantly increased my cardio endurance, and cut approximately 4% of my body fat. My stress level is lower than when I started the program, and I am navigating through setbacks like injuries more easily. The program has been on the the best I have been part of, speaking as a 47-year-old athlete. My success has been a direct result of the follow-through of the program.
